As an expert in the Filipino Martial arts, Mr. Sipin has been teaching seminars on various topics in the Martial Arts and Self-defense since 1973.
He
is commonly saught for his insight on areas such as realistic self-defense
training, edged weapons defense, as well as locks and manipulations, pressure
points and other control tactics. He specializes in the legal issues concerning
Martial Artists in self-defense situations.
Mr. Sipin has taught at the US National Doce Pares Convention in Las Vegas, as well as annual events across the Midwest US.
