Our new location offers a unique training environment, suitable to self-defense, kickboxing and grappling training, as well as an additional classroom training area for special events, law enforcement and security classes, and other lectures.

General Amenities
Our air conditioned studio offers separate changing areas, two large bathrooms, a well-stocked pro shop area, and two convenient seating areas, one adjacent to the main workout floor, one separate.
Main Floor
Our 2800 sq. ft. main floor includes a 40' x 60' matted workout area, including ample seating for parents and spectators, grappling mats, mirrors and lots of equipment. Our workout equipment includes:
- Grappling Mat Area 20' x 30' (1.5" thick Zebra grappling mats)
- Remainder of floor is matted with Jigsaw puzzle mats
- Four 6' Heavy bags (85lbs - 150 lbs in weight)

Upper Classroom
This private classroom/training area is ideal for law enforcement and security classes. Featuring a 20' x 40' padded carpet floor, chairs and desks for up to 20 students, this area also includes a state of the art multi-media presentation.
